A Senior Reservoir Engineer at ONGC, I strive to enhance oil and gas production in both onshore and offshore fields present in India. Involved with the field development of KG-DWN-98/2 at present, I conducted well testing & flowback studies, PTA/ RTA analysis, dealt with flow assurance, unconsolidated deepwater reservoirs, and executed well-opening strategy helping to achieve the first oil from the block. My previous experience involves working at a mature asset with over 1600 wells with 50 years of field history that owns both light and heavy oil reservoirs. I have experience with workover planning, well performance analysis, sick wells revival, and implementation of Secondary & Tertiary recovery processes at the field scale. My role necessitated me to use RE software like Kappa (Sapphire & Topaze), OFM, Power-Bi, Eclipse, CMG, & Petrel RE at various junctures.

Having graduated from PDEU Gandhinagar with a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, I have actively been part of SPE chapter activities throughout. I have led roles of Secretary and conducted chapter activities, SPE Fests, distinguished lecture programs, SPE journals, & student welfare programs.

Involved in well start-up strategies for deepwater unconsolidated reservoirs with flow assurance issues.
