Responsible to deliver milestone project updates, from Pre-Spud, Drilling Well on Paper, Drilling Optimization through Technical Limit challenge, Cost Control to After Action Reviews, and Lessons Learned capture/incorporation into next projects.

• Responsible for reporting and key performance indicators of the project and comparing with the international benchmarking system Rushmore – providing comprehensive performance analysis on how to improve efficiency.

• Evaluate and quantify project-associated risks based on historical operations and project’s specifics; analyze implications and potential scenarios based on the Learning Curve Coefficient specific to rig/crew/contractors using deterministic and probabilistic projections.

• Initial setup, hardware, and software configured the first Saudi Aramco Real Time Operations Centre for offshore drilling operations – resulting in a consistent reduction of non-productive time with significant cost-saving implications.

• Author of several operational and procedural manuals, defining optimum functionality customized for efficient application of multiple functional engineering workflows (Well Integrity Management [OMV], Real Time Operation Center – Standard Operation Procedures for three startup RTOC centers [Saudi ARAMCO, Halliburton, ADNOC Offshore], Emergency Response Plan – Field and Office Procedures [Zueitina Oil Company]).

• Coordinate and mentor career development by ensuring sufficient function and mentor-related training for team staff as well as the identification and development of fresh graduates and young engineers.

Presently with ADNOC Offshore, Realtime Operation Center, delivering and responsible for three main workflows:

• Data Aggregation - consolidating data stream from various service providers to the corporate WITSML Data Repository, including data QA/QC.
• Realtime Performance - consolidating realtime (high frequency) data, with reporting codes (low frequency) markers, to compute ADNOC Offshore KPIs and activity performance, efficiency, and optimization.
• Realtime Computations - streaming realtime data into engineering models, to deliver realtime drilling optimization recommendations/interventions for efficient and optimized drilling operations.
