After 36 years in the energy industry, I enjoy solving difficult problems and finding the remaining value in assets in the latter stages of life. I have been able to help with projects that are stalled or failing and have always been able to identify the crucial elements to understand assets and find the best way(s) to progress them and to generate value. 

I am skilled at managing large and small integrated teams and in delivering projects on schedule and budget, and in driving increases in reserves and production.

I have also been successful in leading and facilitating communications across JV partners, between technical disciplines, and when negotiating with regulators and associated government agencies.

In a recent role, I was able to find and develop more than $10 million in oil reserves and over $100 million in gas related value in mid and late life assets.
