• Created and implemented well-stimulation programs that included proppant fracturing and acid stimulation for both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. Managed open-hole and cased-hole multi-stage fracturing operations.
• Managed the drilling and workover follow-up operations for horizontal, deviated, and multilateral wells, establishing a strategy for reentry processes and reducing locked potential for sites.
