Data-Scientist Engineer with 3 year’s experience in Data-science and Operations. I am hand-on on both data science, statistics and coding, as on operational topics.

I was data scientist in Totalenergies Reservoir Engineering Department, and afterwards got hands-on operational projects with various levels of analytics as an Offshore Production Engineer at Trident Energy Inc. in Equatorial Guinea, and as an Operational Strategy Consultant in OPEO SAS in France.

I got an exposure to a wide range of projects in data science, for example with applications for Reservoir Engineering, as inference of decline curve for future infill wells, with 2G&R data, as well as operational and project management topics as a flowline installation for a subsea well on a Tension Leg Platform, with the management of an installation crew of 9 persons. I also got the opportunity to deploy a Computer Vision Machine Learning (Real Time Anomaly Detection) app on a remote serverless IotBox for a production chain in Automative Industry.

My primary focus is on the development and deployment of Machine Learning applications on cloud services as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or on serverless/Edge Computing devices (as Siemens IOT Box). Thanks to my Reservoir and Production Engineering experience, I can dive on various Oil&Gas topics to shape a relevant development and deployment roadmap for various analytics projects.

My Consulting experience also gave me foundations about Product Management and Transformation Roadmap (Diagnosis, Insight, Implementation, Client Take-Over) to deliver a complete end-to-end product.

Currently based in France, through my consulting business HandsOnNow I provide data-science for O&G operations technical expertise to European and international companies operating in the conventional Oil & Gas, but not only (Insurance, Automotive, Manufacturing).

My service offering includes development and deployment of ML app, technical due diligence, Proof of concept, offshore/onshore deployment.

I have multiple international experiences and ready to move to the closest of my client, even on offshore rigs.

Operational Excellence Consultant at OPEO (Operations & Organisations) SAS Since July 2022

OPEO is a spinoff of McKinsey Operations practices with 5 ex-Mckinsey Partners. OPEO is focused on the operational and strategic transformations of industrial players through lean optimization process and digital drive.

My consultant position enabled me to develop project management and customer-facing skills, and knowledge in performance steering, problem solving and quality control, through digital tools.

Accomplishments:
As a consultant I have been involved in several industrial and strategy projects.

1. Operational Due Diligence in a Spanish Software for Utilities Company for a Tier 1 European Private Equity Fund. (In Spain).
2. Problem Solving System implementation in a major Bavarian Industrial Conglomerate Manufacturer through QRQC factory deployment (in Germany).
3. Quality Control Tool deployment through computer vision in a French Carmaker company on a production line.

Offshore Production Engineer at Trident Energy Ltd, Equatorial Guinea April 2021-May 2022

Trident Energy is an Upstream independent company, whose core expertise is the revamping of mature assets by production and costs optimization. In Equatorial Guinea, the two assets belonged to Amerada Hess Inc (Okume shallow water field and Ceiba subsea field). Ceiba FPSO is a 15,000 bopd facility with 800 m deep subsea production clusters (gas lift, multiphase pumps) and topside processing facility on main deck (separation process, gas treatment, subsea gas injection, water treatment, water injection, power generation with produced fuel gas). Okume is a shallow water complex with 3 satellites and 2 TLPs, all connected process wise to CPF (Central Process Platform), with similar process skids as Ceiba and living quarters.

Assisted the Offshore Production Supervisor on the process supervision and operation’s team management (4 operators on night and day shift on Ceiba, 12 operators on Okume).
Troubleshooted process bottlenecks and dysfunctions. Implemented long term process optimization projects.

Accomplishments:

1. Involved into several ongoing production optimization and integrity projects on topside (subsea chemical injection skid revamping, gas locks on ESP wells troubleshooting).
2. Implemented subsea clusters production procedure (flowlines swap, wells return to production).
3. Prepared commissioning procedure for the new produced water train on Okume CPF (start-up procedure, leak tests, PLC logic checks).
4. Led the chemical usage digital transformation (stocks and consumption reporting automatization, consumption and OPEX dashboard).
5. Installed a new topside flowline for a subsea well with a 9 persons installation crew.
