After working in the Commercial Operations department (electricity generation, contract & project management, sales operations etc.) and Tanker Fleet & Fuel Operations department of Karadeniz Holding for a total of 10.5 years, I decided to part ways with my own will as of June 2022.

I have over 16 years of experience working in the Energy sector with several positions. I have ability to develop the commercial operations, marketing and strategies at West Africa, South Africa, LATAM, Indonesia, Mozambique, Middle East regions.

I led and coordinated too many global operational projects in mentioned regions above. In addition, with my long term experiences in numerous levels and positions, I am in a position to benefit easily and seriously to every sector related to:

• Commercial operations (Contract negotiations with Ministry of Energy of related countries and project management),
• Sales of Electricity Generation kWh,

• Operational Fuel distribution programming, logistics (from procurement negotiations with big suppliers to distribution of goods to each country with motor tankers optimally and on time, including payment and financial issues etc.),

• Quality systems and its managements (ISO 18001, 14001, OHSAS 18001), accreditation,

Apart from these in the background, I supported the related departments for doing financial affairs and cost management / evaluation / benchmarking / hedging / preparation of executive reports for the board members / reconciliation after sales of goods and electricity generation.

Fuel Operations Manager (Sudan, Indonesia, Latin America, Africa Region)
Tanker Fleet & Fuel Management Department 

Major Contributions: 

• Overall responsibility of purchasing of fuel products (HFO, MGO, VLSFO etc.) and LNG with about 1.2bn USD portfolio.
• Managing Request for Proposal process (RFP) and contract management with global big fuel suppliers (Shell, BP, Total, Vitol, ENI, Trafigura, Litasco, Addax, Peninsula, Glencore etc), developing and managing Fuel Purchase Agreements. 
• Leading and coordinating Logistics operations (shipping activities) of goods to contracted countries with motor tankers, 
• Sales of fuel goods to the Ministry of Energy (MoE) or authority of the relevant country with the terms of the commercial deals,
• Responsibility of preparing Parent Company Guarantees (PCG) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with potential Fuel Supply Companies in all over the world,
• Preparing annual budget and follow-up its management, 
• Overall responsibility of operational Profit & Loss analysis (P&L) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports with advanced supportive statistical analysis for company board members, 
• Managing and negotiating the hedging and trading operations in the fuel markets with Fuel Suppliers (Contango vs. Backwardation).
