▪ Design Well Head, X-Mass tree, and downhole completion equipment, Tubing movement,
tubing size selection and devising completion strategies based upon logs data and field
production.
▪ Plan Workovers for Problematic Wells after evaluation of Well Integrity and production data.
Plan Well Killing, Tubing and Packer pulling of all types of completion equipment, Fishing,
plug setting and retrieving for Workovers.
▪ Ensure well integrity of all wells by monitoring annulus pressure and carry out integrity
diagnoses including corrosion logging and prepare remedial jobs based on interpretation and
international standards, such as NORSOK standards.
▪ Prepare technical proposals and interpretation of well surveillance, including, cased hole logs
(PLT/PSP/DTS surveys), Bottom Hole Pressure (BHP), Pressure transient analysis (PTA/RTA)
to assess flow performance and Surface Well testing.
▪ Monitor well performance and identify remedial jobs to enhance the production through
Wellbore cleanouts, perforation/additional perforations, water shut offs and selective isolation.
▪ Identify & Execute Artificial Lift candidates and evaluate wells for appropriate Artificial Lift
Technique - Continuous gas injection, ESP, Jet Pump, Gas Lift, Coil tubing Gas lift, Electric
Submersible pumps, Coil tubing Jet pumps based upon Nodal system analysis.
▪ Analyze Field and Well Performance and design appropriate stimulation techniques to improve
the productivity of the well including Hydraulic frack, Acid Fracks, Acid stimulation design for
carbonate and sandstone reservoirs.
▪ Design & optimize fluid systems for Hydraulic frack jobs based upon Mechanical Earth Models
(MEM) and Reservoir Parameters using GOHFER Fracture Modeling Software.
▪ Identify and Execute Flow Assurance studies at Field and well level based upon PVT data &
current flowing parameters and carryout remedial jobs to enhance the productivity of wells.
▪ Develop and coordinate major studies in any of the Petroleum Engineering areas based upon
objectives and requirements established by Management by interpreting scope, initiating new
studies or applied technical work as required and directing and performing all phases of the
study through formal summary reports and presentation to Management and Owner Company
technical personnel.
▪ Preparation of budgetary cost estimates (AFE) of well Completion equipment, and services
for carrying out well completions and workovers.
▪ Prepare and Monitor asset goals in line with Company corporate and Business level strategies.
